Sometimes, a situation may arise where you want to upload files to your FTP server without attaching them to version control (in other words, using FtpVC as though it were an ordinary FTP client). Fortunately, FtpVC 2.6 allows you to do this, through a new option in the Add command dialog:

If the Do not add to version control option is selected, the file will be added without being attached to version control, as can be seen in its "Not in version control" status:
